| 机油压力是指集微型传感器、执行器以及信号处理和控制电路、接口电路、通信和电源于一体的微型机电系统。常用的有硅压阻式和硅电容式，两者都是在硅片上生成的微机械电子传感器。一般情况上，我们通过机油压力传感器来检测汽车的机油向内的机油还有多少，并将检测到的信号转换成我们可以理解的信号，提醒我们还有多少机油，或者还可以走多远，甚至是提醒汽车需要加机油了。 Oil pressure is a micro electromechanical system which integrates micro sensors, actuators, signal processing and control circuit, interface circuit, communication and power supply. Silicon piezoresistive sensors and silicon capacitive sensors are commonly used, both of which are MEMS electronic sensors generated on silicon wafers. Generally, we use the oil pressure sensor to detect the amount of oil in the car oil, and convert the detected signal into a signal we can understand to remind us how much oil there is, or how far we can go, or even remind the car that it needs to be filled with oil. |
